Standard Warranties

Unless otherwise explicitly stated all our machines come with a three year return to base warranty as standard. The first year is parts and labour while years two and three are labour only. Warranty does not include accidental damage, virus or other malicious software, non-compatibility with third party items, over clocking or other after-sale modding.

Build Procedure

All desktop PCs are custom built to order which enables us to build machines to your exact specification with ease. Once an order has been secured with a deposit the build process will commence and then the machine will be extensively tested prior to shipping. We use Windows XP to test all machines but the hard drive will be re-formatted before dispatch unless you have also ordered an operating system which start from as little as £60 inc VAT when bought with a PC. Total build and test time for PCs is between 2 to 4 working days. Some custom built machines may take a few additional days to source the non-stocked components. Delivery times may be longer during the run up to Christmas. If you need a guaranteed delivery deadline i.e. for Christmas etc then you should discuss this when you place your order.
